That's right. It's true. I do.
Sometimes it can feel like throwing spaghetti up against a wall to see what sticks. Or as if you are doing a lot of BUSY WORK which you don't know will pay off.
I get it. I do. I've been there.
Here's a page out of my PLAYBOOK when I'm feeling defeated.
A couple of questions I ask myself:
- WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS?
- WHAT DO YOU REALLY WANT?
- WHAT'S ANOTHER WAY OF GETTING TO THIS GOAL?
It's all about coming up with a PLAN and taking ACTION. Assessing your current situation, but not wallowing in it for long. And taking a huge leap of faith.
You never know where all these no's are leading.
Keep putting one foot in front of the other and getting BACK. UP.
Then ask yourself: what's one small action I can take today towards my goal?
What inspires you when you're feeling like giving up?
